Developmental psychology of the 21st century began with Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), who belonged to the school of psychology founded by Sigmund Freud (1856-1939) in Vienna. What puzzled commentators was his distinction between soul and spirit, that is, men had souls, whereas women had spirits. Jung`s perception of the animus of the woman was of a coterie of males surrounding her with their eyes admiringly, that is, her animus perceived itself as being surrounded by choice. While a man had a soul that impelled him to pursue a woman as a sexual object of desire, women`s animus told her she was being pursued by many men and deluded her into believing that she was desired sexually. In the Bible God tells Eve her `seed` will:
`… crush the head of the serpent with her foot as she leaves.` (Gen: 3. 15)

The Ring (2002) is based on the illegal `snuff` movie genre in which people are killed for real as entertainment. In The Ring a movie is passed around, which results in each person who sees it being killed by the girl, Samara, who bizarrely crawls out of the television screen to kill the viewer. If male braining continues, the spirit of the `serpent`s seed` will turn the human species into a self-killer. Although the movie metaphor for 9/11 was Logan`s Run (1976) from Boston`s Logan airport where the aircraft were hijacked, because the scifi film featured `runners` being killed by `sandmen` when they`d reached the age of 21, that is, the 21st century, the 15 April 2013 Boston Marathon, in which there was an attempt by terrorists to prevent runners from running, was a more illustrative metaphor for the `serpent`s seed`, who want male braining and war, rather than that the human race of `futanarian` woman sexually reproduce her own brains` powers for socio-economic independence so she can run her own species` development program.
